Rachel Malcolm was born in Victoria, British Columbia, and is currently based out of Vancouver. Malcolm received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2017. The artist is the recipient of the Youthvision Scholarship sponsored by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Malcolm works predominantly with textiles and found materials.
